Alfreda Hernández Benítez, de 80 años, falleció pacíficamente la noche del jueves 13 de abril de 2023 en Carlyle Senior Care de Aiken.

La Sra. Hernández-Benítez nació el 13 de agosto de 1942 en Tejupilco, México, hija del difunto Toribio Hernández y Eustolia Benítez. Era una querida madre, abuela y bisabuela.

Sobreviven 4 hijas, Simplicia López, Graciela López, María López y Balbina López; 3 hijos, Francisco López, Alejandro López y Calletano López; numerosos nietos y bisnietos.

Además de sus padres y esposo, falleció un hijo, Pedro López.

Los servicios funerarios se llevarán a cabo el martes 18 de abril de 2023 a las 2:00 p.m. en la histórica capilla de la funeraria George con el reverendo José López oficiando. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio de Graniteville.

Alfreda Hernandez Benitez, 80, passed away peacefully on Thursday evening, April 13, 2023 at the Carlyle Senior Care of Aiken.

Mrs. Hernandez-Benitez was born on August 13, 1942 in Tejupilco, Mexico, a daughter of the late Toribio Hernandez & Eustolia Benitez. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Surviving are 4 daughters, Simplicia Lopez, Graciela Lopez, Maria Lopez, and Balbina Lopez; 3 sons, Francisco Lopez, Alejandro Lopez & Calletano Lopez; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was pre-deceased by a son, Pedro Lopez.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 2:00p.m. in the Historic George Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jose Lopez officiating. Interment will follow in Graniteville Cemetery.
