Alice G. Kattler

Alice G. Kattler, 69, of Aiken, SC entered into rest on Saturday, July 24, 2004 at Pepperhill Nursing Center following a battle with cancer. Mrs. Kattler was born in Palmer, MA and had resided in Aiken for ten years. She was the daughter of the late Napoleon and Albertine Laviolette and was predeceased by her husband, William D. Kattler, Jr. and two sons, George A. Leroux and Rodney L. Leroux. Mrs. Kattler was a retired homemaker and a dedicated, loving mother. She was a patron of St. Gerard?s. Survivors include two sons, Louis G. Leroux, Holland, MA and Anthony J. Leroux, Chicopee, MA; two daughters, Albertine M. White and Annette E. Chambers, both of Aiken, SC; three step-sons, William D. Kattler, III, California, Donald D. Kattler, Monson, MA and John J. Kattler, Springfield, MA; sixteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one sister, Albertine Brosnan, Sarasota, FL. Services will be private and are under the direction of George Funeral Homes Historic Downtown Chapel, 211 Park Ave. SW Aiken. Memorial donations may be directed to the charity of your choice.
