Anna Maria Able

LANGLEY, SC—Anna Maria Able, age 80, entered into rest Monday, March 12, 2018 at University Hospital.

Ms. Able was born February 16, 1938 in Windsor, SC to the late Kenneth and Doris Able. She was a resident of the area for the past forty years, making her home on Barrett Street. She loved her family and dog dearly. She especially loved her great-grandchildren and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sheene Tobin and one sister and brother.

Ms. Able is survived by a daughter, Donna Graham; a son, Russell Gunter; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and seven brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, March 15, 2018 at New Hope Gospel Chapel, Beech Island, SC. Interment will follow in Langley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church Thursday from 2:00 until 3:00 PM. The family will be at the home of Peggy Ryals, 239 Church St., Gloverville, SC.
