Beatrice Leister Deily

AIKEN, SC- Beatrice Leister Deily, age 88, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2015 in the comfort of her home.

Mrs. Deily was born April 22, 1927 in Hoppenville, PA to the late Franklin and Mary Leister. She made Aiken, SC her home since 1953. Mrs. Deily was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and will be remembered as a faithful wife and mother.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, George J. Deily; a daughter, Karen Deily Tannenbaum (Michael), Oneonta, NY; two sons, Kevin M. Deily (Debra), Aiken, SC and Karl R. Deily (Cynthia), Greenville, SC; six grandchildren, Nicholas Deily (Kristen), Jennifer Deily, Evan Tannenbaum, Amy Tannenbaum, Keri Hill (John David), and Kelsey Barton (Joseph); and four great-grandsons.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the George Funeral Chapel with Pastor Bob Byrne officiating. Interment will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Kevin Deily, Karl Deily, Joseph Barton, John David Hill, Evan Tannenbaum, and Nicholas Deily. The family will receive friends beginning one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
