Brian Cronin

Memorial services for Brian Cronin, 69, of Aiken, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 18, 2013 at the Chapel of GEORGE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTER. Officiating will be Father Grant Wiseman. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA, 23060 or to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210-1790.

Mr. Cronin, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2013. Born in London, England, he was a son of the late Anthony and Peggy Lambert Cronin. Mr. Cronin was a retired VP with the Bank of Australia & New Zealand. He was a movie buff and had a passion learning 6 different languages. He taught senior courses at USC Aiken on Movies and "Walking Thru Financial Markets" and also gave seminars on the money markets throughout his career at Cambridge University, England. He was a Board Member for Trigeminal Neuralgia Association.

Surviving are his loving wife of 30 years, Stephanie Cronin of Aiken;, PA; a sister, Caroline Oliver (Richard) of London, England; a son, Larry Rooney (Trisha), a grandson, LJ Rooney and a mother-in-law, Mary Montes, all of Doylestown, PA.
