Carrie E. Domke

Memorial services for Carrie E. Domke, 86, who died Tuesday, November 2nd at Aiken Regional Medical Center, will be private.

Born in Grayson, Louisiana, she was the eldest of three children born to W.T. and Irene Malisa Sones. Her husband, USAF Lt. Col. Ret. William H. Domke preceded her in death in August 2003.

Her brother, D.H. Sones, died earlier this year. Surviving are her sister, Sarah Cummings of Franklin, Tennessee; son and daughter-in-law B.J. and Brit Wilson of Aiken; grandchildren Lars of Charlotte, NC, Scott of Singapore and Kristi of Malmo, Sweden; and great-grandchildren Lauren, Jenna and Anders of Charlotte, and Jade and Hala of Singapore.

The family would like to thank staff members of Cumberland Village, Hitchcock House and Carriage Hills Plantation for their care and assistance over the past seven years.
