Charlotte R. Bush

Funeral services for Charlotte Roberson Bush, 73, of Aiken, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 19, 2013 at the Chapel of GEORGE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER. Officiating will be Rev. Kevin Carter. Burial will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m.-11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Talatha Baptist Church, 361 Talatha Church Road, Aiken, SC 29803.

Mrs. Bush, widow of Carl D. Bush, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2013. Born in Barnwell, she was a daughter of the late Joseph H. Roberson Sr., and Inez Williams Roberson. She was a retired secretary and a member of Talatha Baptist Church. She enjoyed making porcelain dolls, knitting and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her daughter, Renee Voigt of Warrenville; brothers, JH Robinson, Jr (Mahalah, Martin Roberson (Daphne), Jerry Roberson (Diane) all of Aiken, and Russell Roberson of Louisiana; 3 grandchildren, Dawn Drasher (Dan) of Aiken, Dustin Webster of Augusta and Lathyn Voigt of Warrenville; and one great-grandchild, Renva Drasher of Aiken.
