Cody Wayne Edward Jones

WARRENVILLE, SC – Cody Wayne Edward Jones, age 25, passed away from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on August 8, 2021.

Cody was born December 8, 1995 in Aiken, SC to Anthony Gary Jones and Carolyn Mundy Jones. Cody was a life-long area resident and was a landscaper by trade. He enjoyed gaming, anime, music, and parkour. Taking care of his family was his main priority.

Cody was preceded in death by Betty Mundy, Bruce Mundy, Artie Jones, and Sandra Jones.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his wife, Crystal June Jones; a son, Asher Walter Lee Jones; two brothers, Jeffery Lee Jones and TJ Jones; sisters, Ashley Jones; cousins, Wayne Hondo Russell, Dale Reese Johnson, and Abigail Christine Bennington; aunt, Nellie Bennington; Mother-in-law, Ronda Beck Morris; grandmother-in-law, June Beck; sisters-in-law, Erica Young Pitts and Brittany Crowe; nieces, Kaylee Pitts and Eleanor Pitts; friends, Travis Padgett, Bryce Worley, Joseph Worley, Keith Moxley, and Katherine Frazier.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 beginning at 5:00 p.m. at George Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 6:00 p.m. in The George Funeral Chapel.
