Cortes J. Lorow

Cortes J. "C.J." Lorow, 65, of Aiken, passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2016. A Celebration of Life service will be held at GEORGE FUNERAL HOME on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 7:00 pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.

Born in Miami, Florida, he was a son of the late Cortes and Catherine Metzger Lorow. He was an IT Specialist with the US Government and SRS. CJ was a member of Cedar Creek Church and he enjoyed old cowboy movies, playing the guitar, volunteer work with Hospice and Karate, where he was a 7th degree black belt.

Survivors include his daughter, Sasha Alexis Lorow of Belleair, Florida; a son, Aaron Michael Lorow of Aiken; a sister, Mary Lorow-Sandoval of Islamorada, Florida; two brothers, Bertrum Lorow of Savannah, Georgia and Connilous Lorow of Lexington, SC.
