Eula Mae Chalflinch Baughman

Funeral services for Mrs. Eula Mae Chalflinch Baughman will be held Monday, January 19, 2004 at 11 AM at George Funeral Homes, Historic Downtown Chapel, 211 Park Ave., SW, Aiken, SC with her son, Reverend Denzil Baughman and Pastor W.H. Bryant officiating. Interment will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be grandsons. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 18, 2004 from 5 until 7 PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. Baughman, 83, of Aiken, SC, loving wife of the late Mr. Joe Baughman, died Saturday, morning, January 17, 2004 at the home of her daughter, Lois Kelly.

Born in New Holland, SC, a daughter of the late Ransom and Pearlie Mae Gantt Chalflinch, she was a loving wife and mother and a homemaker. A devoted servant of God, she was a charter member of North Aiken Church of God, where she taught Sunday school for many years. She enjoyed sewing and loved music.

Sons, Rev. Denzil Hazel Baughman, Ride Spring, SC, Eugene Judy Baughman, Aiken, SC, Norman Grace Baughman, Aiken, SC, Donnie Regina Baughman, Aiken, SC, and Wayne Brenda Baughman, Aiken, SC; daughters, Jeanette Eugene Widener, Elgin, SC, Eyvonne Ed Benson, Warrenville, SC, Evelyn Phillip Miano, Aiken, SC, Lois Eugene Kelly, Aiken, SC, Pearl Bill Herron, Aiken, SC, and Wanda J.D. Tucker, Warrneville, SC, thirty-two grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, survive.
