Francis Elmer Baldwin, Jr.

Mr. Francis Elmer Baldwin, Jr., 71, beloved husband of Essie Margaret Rabon Baldwin passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday evening, May 30, 2023 following an extended illness.

Mr. Baldwin was born on October 18, 1951 in Charleston, SC a son of the late Francis Elmer & Ernestine Chaplin Baldwin, Sr. He was a retired from custodial work with Irmo Chapin Parks and Recreation and had previously work with the St. Andrews Parks and Recreation for many years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by 3 children and their spouses, Glenn Allen & Lynn Cole of Charleston, Randall Craig & Suzanne Cole of Pawley's Island and Jennifer & Gordon Jones of North Augusta.

Memorial services will be held at a later date in his hometown of Charleston.
