Frankie June Taylor Neil

NEW ELLENTON — Funeral services for Frankie June Taylor Neil, 83, of New Ellenton, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 6, 2017 at New Life Church of the Nazarene. Burial will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. today at GEORGE FUNERAL HOME.

Mrs. Neil, widow of William Homer Raper and George E. Neil, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2017. Born in Murphy, NC, she was a daughter of the late William Jake and Loubell Scoggins Taylor. Mrs. Neil was a member of New Life Church of the Nazarene, a homemaker and seamstress, who loved to make homemade quilts; gardening, making gift baskets for under privileged kids. In addition to both of her husbands, she was preceded in death by 8 siblings.

Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Ann Trottier of Bismark, ND; sons, William Stephen Raper (Norma) of New Ellenton and Michael Lee Raper of Augusta; sisters, Hollice Taylor Murphy of Marrietta, Georgia and Eloiese Taylor Warren of Candler, NC; a brother, Williard E. Taylor of Hen- dersonville, NC and 4 grandchildren.
