Jeanette Mckenna Morris

Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Jeanette McKenna Morris will be celebrated Saturday, December 4, 2004 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Coventry, England. As per her request, Jeanette will be cremated.

Jeanette, 55, of Aiken, SC, wife of thirty-five years to Brian Morris, died Sunday, morning, October 24, 2004 at her home following a courageous battle with Colon Cancer.

Born in Coventry, England, a daughter of Ellen Carey McKenna, Coventry, England and the late John McKenna, she had been a resident of Westport, CT, prior to coming to Aiken, SC in April of this year. She was of the Roman Catholic faith and was a Homemaker.

In addition to her husband and mother, a son, Steven Morris, Troy, MI; daughters, Amanda Morris, DE and Jessica Morris, of the home, a brother, John McKenna, Coventry, England; sisters, Barbara Smith, Bernadette O?Brien, and Catherine McKenna, all of Coventry, England and Annemarie Mabbs and Maureen James, both of Albany, Australia, survive.

The family has asked that memorials in memory of Jeanette be made to Swim Across the Sound, 47 Long Lots Rd., Westport, CT 06880 or St. Vincent?s Medical Center Foundation, 2800 Main St., Bridgeport, CT 06606.
