It is with great sadness that the family of Jennifer Delene Hough, announce her passing on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at the age of 59. Jennifer was a life long resident of Aiken, SC. She was known in Aiken and loved by many friends and family. All that knew her remember her as a smart, sweet, kind, generous, and beautiful woman inside and out. She had two degrees, one in Business and a Paralegal degree. Jennifer’s passions were her family, and friends, and anything to do on the water. As a child, she grew up at Clark’s Hill swimming, fishing, and water skiing. She learned to ski when she was 5. She loved Port Royal in Beaufort, Edisto Beach, the Savannah River, Clarks Hill, and Shem Creek. Jennifer loved the Lord and walked with Jesus every day. She was an Angel on this Earth. She will be missed by her daughter, Elizabeth Ladd, whom Jennifer adored; her siblings, Darlene Kerrigan and Bill (Bubba) Crosby Hough; her nephews, Tyler Kerrigan an Colin Kerrigan; her sister-in-law, Pamela Wright; her cousins, Alan Zimmerman, Sandy Ross, and Vanessa Nelson. Her best friend, Bob Sistrunk, and many more dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Della Hough; her maternal grandparents, Arthur and Gertrude Mundy; her paternal grandparents, James and Lib Hough; her paternal great-grandmother, Lila Jones; her aunt Shirley Harden; her nephew, Wesley Campbell and his father, Jimmy Campbell; her brother-in-law, Tommy Wright; and her best friend, Reggie Bowers. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. in The George Funeral Chapel with Rev. John Carroll officiating. The family would like to thank Dr. Chaudhary and his staff, The Radiological Team, at Aiken Regional Medical Center, especially Melissa Owens, Dr. Wilner, and his staff for all the care and love they gave Jennifer.
