John David Buske

Mr. John “Jack” David Buske, age 84, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday morning, April 9, 2024, at his residence in Aiken, South Carolina.

Jack was born on January 3, 1940, in West Carthage, NY a son of the late Leonard & Dorothy Boyd Buske. Jack was a retired Distribution Manager with Hess Oil Company. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force. and spent many of his retirement years in Aiken, South Carolina where he along with his wife were active members of the Cedar Creek Community.

Jack leaves behind his daughter, Debbie Watkins and her husband Doug Watkins, East Hampton, CT; two sons, John Buske, Jr., and his wife Ann Marie Buske (Andover, CT), Jeffrey Buske and his wife Jill Buske (Belchertown, MA), and six grandchildren; Steven Buske, Amber Buske, Rebecca Buske, Danny Watkins, Maddie Buske, and Jack Watkins.

In addition to his parents, Jack was pre-deceased in December of this past year by the love of his life with whom he shared 63 years of marriage, Charlene Mae Evans Buske.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
