John Thomas Weyrick

Mr. John ?Gomer? Meyrick, 72, of Warrenville, husband of Nancy Ann Meyrick, died Saturday, December 28, 2002 at his residence. The family will have a memorial gathering at 167 Legion Rd. Warrenville, SC, Thursday evening. Mr. Meyrick was the son of the late Paul Thomas and Sarah Meyrick, and native of Montgomery, PA. He is also predeceased by, his daughter, Sarah Ann Meyrick, sister Eda Conger and brother, Thomas Arthur Meyrick. He served his country in the US Marine Corps, was a member of American Legion Post 455 in NJ, Lions Club for 34 years, Gold Prospectors Association of America, and he enjoyed collecting baseball and football cards and going to Flea Markets. Survivors include his wife, daughters, Patricia Ann Stewart, Titusville, PA, Ruth Catherine Proper, Warrenville, Carol Ann Madden, OR, Catherine Stone, Enterprise, OR, sister, Estella Green, Manteca, CA, 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, brother and sister-in-laws and several nieces and nephews. The family wishes that memorials be made to the VA Hospital, Augusta, 950 15th St., Augusta, GA 30901.
