Joseph W. Devor

Mr. Joseph Wayne Devor, 59, of Ridge Spring, SC, died Sunday, October 21, 2012at his residence. Funeral services will be private and GEORGE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER is assisting the family.

He was the son of the late Claude Devor and Keiko Kanesaka Devor. He was born in Bluefield, VA and had lived in Orlando, FL before moving to Ridge Spring in 1996.

Joseph served in the United States Army and upon his discharge, worked ten years as a truck driver for Keenan Trucking , before joining Pilot Trucking two years ago.

In addition to his parents, he was pre-deceased by a brother, Claude Edward Devor.

He is survived by his wife, Joann Breadstill Devor, Ridge Spring; two brothers, Robert Devor, Clermont, FL and Michael Devor, Huntington, AL; a sister, Barbara Devor, Orlando, FL and two step-children, Jason O'Neal, Florida and Darell O'Neal, Aiken, SC.
