Joseph Brunson Hall

Funeral Services for Joseph B. Hall, Sr. will be held on Saturday, July 30th at 11:00am at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church. Interment will take place in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Kevin Hall, Larry Lamb, Stacy Johnson, Brent Johnson, Melvin Scott and Buddy Jones.

Visitation will be this evening from 6-8pm at George Funeral Homes Historic Downtown Chapel 211 Park Ave. SW Aiken. There will also be a visitation on Saturday, at the church, from 10:00am until the time of the service.

Mr. Hall, 78, of Aiken, died Wednesday at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. A lifelong resident of Aiken County, he was a son of the late Joseph Ab and Florence Franklin Hall.

He was a retired supervisor from the Graniteville Company where he had worked for thirty-seven years. He enjoyed his family, fishing and was well known for working on tractors.

He is survived by two sons, Joseph B. Hall, Jr. and his wife Tammy, Aiken and Tracy E. Hall and his wife Candy, Aiken, three sisters; Louise McGlocklin, Ridge Spring and Jelina Newsome, Ridge Spring and Edna Johnson, Batesburg, a brother; Johnny Hall, Aiken, seven grandchildren; Stacy Johnson, Brent Johnson, April Turner, Kevin Hall, Kelly Hall, Nicole Hall and Cathy Hall. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
