Memorial services for Mrs. June D. Fishell will be held Sunday, November 5, 2006 at 4pm at George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Avenue, SW, Aiken, with Pastor Todd Smith officiating. Memorial contributions may be directed to American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC, 29210-1790.

Mrs. Fishell, 75, of Aiken, died, Thursday, November 2, 2006, at Heartland Hospice, Augusta after a long illness.

Mrs. Fishell was born in Rochester, NY to the late Arther and Anna Margaret Groell DeRoller. She moved from Spencerport, NY to Aiken in 2003. She was a homemaker, caregiver, and loving mother. June liked watching sports, especially NASCAR racing.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Allen Ross Fishell, Sr., a daughter, Marjorie Fishell, and brother, George DeRoller. She is survived by her daughters, Lori Marty Boatwright, Aiken, Terri Miller and her friend Frank Callea, Rochester, NY, sons, Ross Becky Fishell, Jr., Macedon, NY, George Lorie Fishell, Rochester, NY., sisters, Dorathy German, Georgiana Wehner, Barbara DeRoller, all of Rochester, NY; ten grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
