Latifae Allen Downs

WINDSOR, SC -Latifae Leigh Allen Downs (Liz), 33 years old of Windsor, SC passed away on Monday, January 20th, 2024.

Liz was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 19, 1991 to Jimmy Ray Green of Georgia and Dawn Michelle Perkins of South Carolina.

She spent the majority of her life, caring for her Husband, William & four children. Those who were close to her loved her for who she was. She had a way of seeing this world in a totally different view than most. Her favorite response to most things was simply "Suck It Up Buttercup" or very quick but clever words of sarcasm. A love for nature which is where she could always be found, art,and poetry. She loved making people laugh on their worst days. Those who were closest to her, absolutely loved her.

Liz is survived by her husband William (Billy) Downs of Windsor and four children. Anella (23), William (Little Billy) Downs (15), Shannon Isabella (13) and Tristan Lee (10).

As well her parents, Jimmy, Dawn and Step-father David Doyle of Chicago. Three siblings, Samantha, Teawna and Cody. Her two brother-in-law and sister-In_laws. Steven and Amber Robinson, Travis and girlfriend Christi. Six neices, and four nephews. Plus many other family and friends who love and will miss her always.

Preceded in death by, Grandparents, Father-in-law, William Downs ane one Brother-in-law, Tony.
