Lourene Mcmanus Davidson

Funeral services for Mrs. Lourene McManus Davidson will be held Thursday, May 18, 2006 at 3 pm at George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Ave, SW, Aiken with Rev. Jack Hasty officiating. Interment will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 1:30 until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer?s Association, c/o Council on Aging, PO Box 3156, Aiken, SC 29802.

Mrs. Davidson, 88, of Aiken, died Sunday, May 14, 2006, at Mattie C. Hall Health Care Center, Aiken.

Mrs. Davidson was born in Augusta, GA to the late Henry and Lillie Mae Odom McManus. She was a member of Aiken?s First Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, W. Randall ?Randy? Davidson; sisters, Geneva Lazenby, Lyndall Deville, and Dorothy Lehman. She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Sturkey, Columbia, Mindy Davidson, Lexington; grandchildren, Kimberly Rick Sturkey-Zeitvogel, Charlotte, NC, and Holly Sturkey, Columbia.
