Lucy Howie Fulmer

Funeral services for Mrs. Lucy Howie Fulmer will be held Friday, May 16, 2003 at 10 AM at George Funeral Homes, Southside Chapel, 3175 Whiskey Rd., Aiken, SC, with Pastor Lonnie Braswell officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Cemetery, Aiken, SC The family will receive friends Friday from 9:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Mrs. Fulmer, 78, of Aiken, SC, wife of Mr. Ray Fulmer, died Tuesday, afternoon, May 13, 2003 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers.

Born in and resident of Aiken County, SC, she was a daughter of the late Walter Potts Howie and the late Iona Redd Howie. She was a housewife and a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, Salley, SC.

In addition to her husband of fifty-eight years, Ray Fumler, a son, Gene Ray Fulmer, Nocona, TX; sister, Margie Gabriel, Aiken, SC; granddaughters, April Lee Reed and Patricia Gene Ayers, and great-granddaughters, Jerri Cessna Reed and Cassidy Lee Reed, survive.

The family has requested that memorials in memory of Mrs. Fulmer be made to The American Red Cross.
