Martha J. Lewallen

TRENTON, SC - Martha J. Lewallen, age 85, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 13, 2016 surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Lewallen was born August 4, 1931 in Dalton, GA. She was a life-long area resident and a member of Redd's Branch Baptist Church. She loved fishing and dogs. She will be remembered for her love for her family, especially her grandchildren.

Mrs. Lewallen is preceded in death by her parents; a son, David Sizemore, Sr.; a daughter, Mary Watson; and three great-grandchildren .

Survivors include two daughters, Carol Marie Goggans, Warrenville, SC and Deborah Waters (Kenneth), Aiken, SC; a son, Richard Joseph Lewallen (Melissa), Edgefield, SC; twelve grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 at the funeral home.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016 at Vaucluse Cemetery.

The family will be at the home of Deborah Waters, 426 Gooseneck Rd., Aiken, SC 29805.
