Mary Elizabeth Clamp Heller

A memorial service for Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Clamp Heller will be held Wednesday, February 18, 2004 at 1 PM at Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church, Sandy Springs, SC, with Pastor Elizabeth Patrick and Pastor Bob Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall of the church.

Mrs. Heller, 89, of Aiken, SC, wife of the late David S. Heller, died Sunday, February 15, 2004 at the Hitchcock House, Aiken, SC.

Born in and a lifelong resident of Anderson County, SC, until two and one half years ago, when she relocated to Aiken, SC, a daughter of the late William Arthur and Nettie Mitchell Clamp. She was a retired manager and was a member of Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church, Sandy Springs, SC.

Daughters, Emily J. Webb, Jackson, SC and Mary Ann and her husband, Jerry D. Swing, Aiken, SC; brothers, William Arthur Clamp, Jr., Greenville, SC and James Clamp, Anderson, SC; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren, survive. In addition to her parents and husband, a son, David S. Heller, Jr., also preceded her in death.

The family has requested that memorials in memory of Mrs. Heller be made to Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church or Southern Care Hospice.
