Mary Jane Wiese

Mrs. MaryJane C. Wiese, 62, of Aiken, SC died Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. A gathering of family and friends will take place on Saturday, September 14, 2013 from 12noon-3pm at The Reserve Club at Woodside.

Memorial donations may be directed to the Aiken SPCA, 199 Willow Run Rd. Aiken, SC 29801.

The daughter of Mrs. Irene (Rookard) Babula and the late Walter Babula, she was born in Passaic, NJ and had lived in Cleveland, OH and Jackson, NJ before moving to Aiken in 2012.

She enjoyed a successful career in information technology, including time at Centerior Energy, Cleveland, Continental Life Insurance Co, formerly of Cranbury, NJ and AT&T, East. Brunswick, NJ.

She was a member of The Reserve Club and enjoyed gardening, reading and golfing with her husband.

She is survived by her husband, Kurt Wiese, Aiken; her mother, Irene Babula, Aiken; a sister, Ann Ricca-Rich, Wallington, NJ; a nephew David Inwood, Wallington, NJ; a niece, Michelle Sutton of West Milford, NJ; three grand nieces, Katelyn Inwood, Karley Inwood and Liana Sutton and a grand nephew, Matthew Sutton.
