Mary Lois Williamson

LEXINGTON, SC - Mary Lois Willamson, 66, beloved wife of William E. Russ, Jr. passed away Friday afternoon, September 29, 2023, at the Agape Hospice House in Lexington.

Born in Jackson, SC on December 11, 1956, she was the daughter of Loron and Lena Sue Williamson. She was a 1997 graduate of Clemson University. She was a Civil Engineer with the South Carolina Department of Transportation.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Lenard Williamson.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 18 years, William Russ Jr.; two sisters, Laura Williamson and Lydia Williamson; and a brother Gary Williamson.

Friends may call on Monday, October 2, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., at The Historic George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Ave SW, Aiken, SC 29801 (803.649.6234).

Graveside service will follow Monday at 2:30 p.m. in Jackson Memorial Park, Jackson, SC.
