Michael Hagelston

Funeral services for Mr. John "Michael" Hagelston will take place on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 11am at the chapel of George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Ave. SW Aiken with Dr. Rev. Fred Andrea, III officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Aiken. The family will receive friends from 10am until the time of the service.

Mr. Hagelston, 43, of Aiken, died Sunday April 22, 2012 at Clarks Hill, SC.

A son of Jack Hagelston and Ginny Carter Hagelston, he was a life long resident of Aiken. Michael worked in residential construction as a framer.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by four children, Layla Hagelston, Iuka, MS, and Alec Hagelston, Zack Hagelston and Sarah Hagelston, all of Harrisburg, PA; a brother, Marc Kristin Hagelston, Augusta, GA and a sister, Cathy Patrick Kirby, Evans, GA. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
