Pansy Mae Scott

Funeral services for Mrs. Pansy Mae Scott will be held Tuesday, April 29, 2003 at 11 AM at George Funeral Homes, Historic Downtown Chapel, 211 Park Ave., SW, Aiken, SC, with Reverend Chris Sustar officiating. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Interment will follow in the Scott-Herron Family Cemetery, Aiken, SC. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 9:30 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Mrs. Scott, 94, of Anderson, SC, wife of the late Albert Lee Scott, died Saturday, morning, April 26, 2003 at Anderson Area Medical Center, Anderson, SC.

Born in and a resident of Aiken County until relocating to Anderson in 1970, she was a daughter of the late Buford and Ella Preston Mills. She was a housewife and was of the Pentecostal faith.

A daughter, Celia Johnson, sons, Christopher Scott, Lloyd Scott, and Ernest Scott, all of Anderson, SC; brother, Lester Mills, Aiken, SC; sister, Eller Altman, Aiken, SC; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, survive.
