Peter Thomas Lambie was born March 10, 1959 in Boston MA and passed away in Aiken SC on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. Peter is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Lambie; his mother, Claire Lambie Ludlow; and his stepfather Ben Ludlow. Flying was Pete’s passion. He began flying at 18 years old, first for several commercial airlines (flying the Boeing 727 was his favorite) and later private jets for NetJets as a captain. He shared his love for animals, joy for traveling and deep spirituality with his Twin Flame spouse Paula. He was a legend of hearts, the most attentive, caring, providing and dedicated man, loved by many. His easy going, warm, humorous nature and strong personality gave him lifelong friendships all over the world. He was a provider through and through. To many he was a “Big Brother”, a role model and inspiration. His dedication to his family and all he loved was legendary. He lived in various locations including MA (Sudbury & Concord), WV (Charleston), NY (Bedford Village) and abroad in Scotland (Helensburgh). He attended UMass Amherst and flight school in Prescott AZ, where he turned his dreams into reality. From NH, Center Conway in 2012 where he and Paula had Human Horse Balance Ranch, which provided equine assisted healing, they came to Windsor in February 2022 where they made a beautiful little horse farm intending to eventually retire. Peter is survived by his deeply beloved wife Paula, his older sister, Kate, and brother-in-law, Glenn; and his younger brother, Ben.
