Pierina Bellavista Minolfo

Mrs. Pierina Bellavista Minolfo, 86, of Aiken, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother to her family and everyone she knew, died Sunday, February 13, 2011 at her residence.

Born in Palermo, Sicily, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Paulo Bellavista and Marianna Scrima Bellavista. She was a parishioner at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. She loved to spend time at the Seniors Citizens Club led by Janie Sims and her angels.

She was predeceased by her husband, Salvatore Minolfo. She is survived by her son, Dominick Andrea Minolfo, Aiken; grandchildren, Salvatore Susan Minolfo, Trina Richard Terlizzi, Daniel Jennifer Minolfo, great grandchildren, Olivia, Elena, Isabella, Lydia, Dominick, Samuel, McKenzie, Sophia, Christy, Anna, daughter, Ina Frank Casisa and her family, Jackson; son, Frank Darlene Minolfo and his family, Jackson.

Graveside services for Mrs. Pierina Bellavista Minolfo will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 1pm in Jackson Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight Monday from 6-8pm at GEORGE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER, 211 Park Ave, SW, Aiken.
