Ruth Mcclintock Ravasz

Ruth Ravasz passed away at her residence in Aiken on November 28, 2017. A native of Indiana, she was a businesswoman in New York City for many years, prior to moving to South Carolina in 1974. After her relocation, she pursued first a hobby and then a profession as an artist working primarily in oils, painting seascapes, low country scenes, and scenes of the western North Carolina mountains.

Ruth Ravasz was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolf C. Ravasz, a brother David McClintock, sisters Doreen Kranifeld and Dorothy Waltz, and a niece Wendy Hoffman. She is survived by seven nieces and nephews.
