Santiago was born in Temaxcaltepec, Mexico to Arturo Cruz and Margarita Cortes.
The viewing will be Friday, July 3, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at George Funeral Home. Santiago will be conveyed to Funeral Diaz in Mexico for burial services.
