Steven Thomas Smith

Mr. Steven Thomas Smith, 31, of Beech Island, SC passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022.

Born in South Bend, IN on June 11, 1991, he was the son of Donald Smith and Melissa Evans Kromka. Steven was a wonderful chef and loved preparing unique menu items for his family and friends. He was a devoted Georgia Bulldogs fan. He was very much loved by his family who stood by him throughout his short lifetime.

Steven is survived by his loving mother and step-father, Melissa & Terry Kromka of Beech Island; his father, Donald Smith of Mishawaka, IN; his 4 year old daughter, Malaya Smith of Fayetteville, TN; his sister, Samantha Wamsley of Mishawaka, IN; his maternal grandparents, Phil and Pat Evans of Bristol, IN; and his paternal grandmother, Becky Smith of Mishawaka, IN.

Steven was pre-deceased in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert Smith.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare SPCA, 199 Willow Run Road, Aiken, SC 29801.
