Terence Lee Jarnagin

October 24, 1957 — August 6, 2006

A memorial service for Mr. Terence Lee Jarnagin will be celebrated on Wednesday August 9, 2006 at 2:00pm at George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Ave. SW Aiken with Pastor Eddie Penland officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be directed to St. Joseph Hospice 681 Silver Bluff Rd. Aiken, SC 29803.

Mr. Jarnagin, 48, of Aiken, died Sunday, August 6, 2006 at his residence. A son of Fred and Helen Gloria Levin Jarnagin, he was born in Baltimore, MD and had lived in Aiken most of his life. He was a veteran of the United States Army 33rd Signal Battalion. Mr. Jarnagin had worked as an electrician for twenty-five years at the AGY Fiberglass plant in Aiken. He was a former deacon at Bethel Baptist Church and was a member of the CSRA Shag Club. One of his favorite pastimes was to go shrimping at Beaufort.

Mr. Jarnagin is survived by his wife of 31 years, Cathy Fields Jarnagin, Aiken, two daughters, Natasha and her husband Scottie Lard, North Augusta and Terena and her husband Kevin Corley, Aiken. He is also survived by two brothers, two sisters, his grandson, Landon Corley and his loving in-laws, Louie & Deanne Fields of Aiken.
