Thomas Eugene Brock

Thomas Eugene “Gene” Brock, 75, beloved husband of Mary Teresa”Terri” Brock, passed away Sunday morning at Piedmont Health in Augusta following an illness.

Born in Union, SC on April 8, 1948, he was the son of the late Edwin Forest & Evelyn Ruth Stroud Brock. Gene was employed at SRNS as a Lab Technician Specialist for 43 ½ years prior to his retirement. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved camping, guns, hunting, & animals. Above all however, he enjoyed spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Ray Edwin “Regina” Brock of New Ellenton, SC , Jerry Lynn “Merriah” Brock of Meridian, Idaho, Jennier Michele Brock “Louis” Morris of Aiken and Kimberly Caullen Brock “Jonathan” Steely of Jackson and 11 grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Gene was predeceased by his brothers, James David “JD” Brock, Roy Phillip “RP” Brock and his sister, Janet Brock Kight.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
