Thomas Tom'' Joseph Snier

Mr. Thomas Joseph Snier, Sr., 80, husband of Betty W. Snier, died Tuesday, October 15 at Eden Gardens.. A Rosary service will be held 7pm, Monday, October 21 at the George Funeral Homes, Historic Downtown Chapel, with Deacon Bob Waters as Celebrant. Visitation will follow the Rosary Service. Burial will be held 2pm, Tuesday, October 22 at Hillcrest Cemetery, Conway, SC. Mr. Snier was the son of the late John J. and Mary Snier and a native of Plymouth, PA. Mr. Snier moved to Aiken from Conway three years ago. He was a communicant of St. Mary Help of Christian Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, son; Thomas J. Snier, Jr. Bel Air, MD, daughter; Ellen S. Durrett, Baltimore, MD, brother, Joseph Snier, Baltimore, MD, sisters; Frances Falcone, Rosetta, PA, Mary Gunn, West Chester, PA, Margaret Paoli and several nieces and nephews The family wishes that memorials be made to the St. Mary Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 438, Aiken, SC 29802.
