Wanda Ann Blitchington

Memorial services for Wanda Ann Blitchington, 47, of Aiken, will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at the Chapel of GEORGE FUNERAL HOME. Officiating will be Rev. David Golding. Burial will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:30 - 2 pm prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.

Miss Blitchington, passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Born in Aiken, she was a daughter of the late Cecil and Virginia Redd Blitchington. She was a lifetime area resident and was a member of the Church of Christ. She was formerly employed with Aiken Technical College and as a Caregiver. She adored children and knitting.

Survivors include her sister, Rosie Blitchington Centeno (David) of Prescott, AZ; a brother, Bucky Blitchington (Brenda) of Aiken; her aunt, IdaLee Rollins (Alvin) of Graniteville; a cousin, Katherine Wright of W. Columbia and her pride and joy, her two nieces, Ariella and Amaya Centeno of Prescott, AZ; her godchildren, Amanda Pleasants of Aiken, Preston Blitch, Jr., of Aiken, Darryn Blitch of Beaufort, Kayleigh Lewis of Warrenville and James Edward Lewis of Warrenville.
